Winemaking/Vinification: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Maceration cold pre-fermentative for 3 days. Fermentation in mills with temperature control at 26/27ºC.
Ageing: 1 year in 300L French oak barrels (80% new).
Reviews and Awards:
Tasting Notes: Grenade coloured wine with a high concentration. In the mouth it is voluminous and deep, with good structure and acidity, which prolongs the end. It is a firm and full of character, with good storage potential.
Aroma: Great aromatic complexity.
