Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez and Trincadeira
Winemaking/Vinification: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Maceration cold pre-fermentative for 3 days. Fermentation in mills with temperature control at 26/27ºC.
Ageing: 1 year in 300L French oak barrels (80% new).

Tasting Notes: The tannins are powerful, the acidity very lively giving it a lot of claw and freshness at the end long.
Aroma: The grape varieties that make up this wine are very evident in the nose, noting a prominent dry vegetable touch, austere fruit, balsamic and spices.
