Winery: Adega de Monte Branco
Grapes: Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet,Touriga Nacional and Syrah
Winemaking/Vinification: Manual harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with control of temperature at 26/27ºC.
Ageing: 1 year in 300L French oak barrels (30% new).
Reviews and Awards:
Tasting Notes: It's a garnet coloured wine. In the mouth it presents good volume and tannins present well ripened, shows good complexity and ends with a long finish.
Aroma: Has good aromatic complexity with notes of ripe fruit and some spice.
Aroma: Great aromatic complexity.
