Winemaking/Vinification: Pressing after total destemming with exclusive use of free run juice, with temperature control 14º-16ºC.
Aroma: Exotic fruits, citrus.
Tasting Notes: Citrine colour. Combining the freshness and acidity of the Arinto with the softness of the Chardonnay, results is a very fruity wine, with a complex and exotic flavour, with good balance, notes of green fruits and a long and persisting aftertaste.
Food pairing: White fish, sheep or cow cheese, soft pasta, mussels and risotto asparagus.
