Winemaking/Vinification: Mechanical harvest. Partial destemming. Fermentation in press with whole berries. Treading on foot. Controlled temperatures between 18º and 25º, maceration after fermentation for 8 days.
Ageing: 6 months in 400L used French oak barrels
Aroma: Fresh notes of tangerine, mint and cinnamon.
Tasting Notes: Soft tannins, medium body. Good freshness and minerality.
Food pairing: Dried fruits, iberian tapas
