Winemaking/Vinification: In this wine the natural fermentation with the native yeasts and no addition of exogenous products to the grapes was used, except for a minimum dose of sulphites.

Ageing: 6 months in very used barrels

Tasting Notes: Elegant in the mouth, wrapped in texture, fresh and light, easy to combine gastronomic.

Aroma: aroma of intense red fruit, vegetal, revealing floral notes.
