Winemaking/Vinification: The mill is filled with 95% peeled grape. The feet stepped on some mines and natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. No exogenous products were added to the grapes, except a minimum dose of sulfites.
Ageing: 12 months of barrel ageing.
Aroma: Aroma with subtle red fruits, vegetables, revealing mineral notes and smoked (limestone).
Tasting Notes: Rich in mouth, with texture, revealing elegance.
Food pairing: Ideal with red meat, roasts.
