Winemaking/Vinification: When the grapes reach the right point of maturation they are carefully picked, de-stalked and gently crushed. Fermentation is in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC and the wine matures on the lees for a further nine months with battonage.

Ageing: Nine months in battonage.

Aroma: Has a fresh scent of citrus and tropical fruit.

Tasting Notes: This white wine is straw yellow with some green reflections of color. In the mouth balanced and fresh, light body and pleasant aftertaste.

Food pairing: The perfect wine as an aperitif with white meat dishes, cod, seafood and stew of fish.
