Ageing: Six months in second year half barrels of french oak
Aroma: Good aromatic concentration with notes of red fruits and resin.
Tasting Notes: Smooth tannins. Well balanced with a persistent finish.
Food pairing: The perfect red wine with game dishes (game birds), veal, red meat and old cheeses.
