Winemaking/Vinification: When the grapes reach the right point of maturation they are carefully picked, de-stalked and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16ºC.
Ageing: Maturation on the lees for a further 8 months
Aroma: Has a fresh scent of citrus and tropical fruit.
Tasting Notes: This white BIO wine is straw yellow in color.In the mouth balanced and fresh and has a pleasant aftertaste.
Food pairing: The perfect wine as an aperitif with white meat dishes, cod, seafood & fish stews.
