Winemaking/Vinification: When the grapes reach the right point of maturation they are carefully picked, de-stalked and gently crushed. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 24º-27ºC.

Ageing: 8 months in french barrels

Aroma: Black fruits, blackcurrant, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, liquorice and touch of wood

Tasting Notes: Elegant attack on the black fruits, mocha and roasting in the mid-palate, long and slightly spicy finish
