Winery: Casa Relvas
Winemaking/Vinification: Mechanical harvesting during the night. Total disengagement. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in vats of stainless steel. Post-fermentative maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank.
Ageing: 12 months in 400L second barrels use.
Aroma: Wildflowers and forest fruits well integrated with tobacco and earth notes.
Tasting Notes: Intense red. Silky tannins, balanced acidity. Good end of the mouth.
Food pairing: Mediterranean food in general, game dishes and red meats
