Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional e Viognier
Winemaking/Vinification: Manual harvest at the end of October and beginning of November. Transposed in small boxes of 20 kg. Choice of berries at the entrance of the winery. Fermentation in rotating barrels with controlled temperature for 15 to 20 days. Fermentation stop with SO2, cold and filtration.
Colour: Ruby with violet reflections.
Tasting Notes: Remarkable freshness, balanced sweetness. Complex finish showing great elegance and persistence.
Food pairing: Soft cheeses, bitter chocolate desserts and coffee.
