Winery: Casa Relvas
Winemaking/Vinification: Mechanical harvesting during the night. Total disengagement. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in vats of stainless steel. Post-fermentative maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vat with French oak staves.
Ageing: 12 months in second use 400L barrels
Aroma: White flowers, wet forest and tobacco.
Tasting Notes: Ruby with violet reflections. Silky, light tannins. Good persistence and minerality
Food pairing: Mediterranean food in general, lamb, game dishes and veal carpaccio.
