Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Carbenet Sauvignon, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet
Winemaking/Vinification: Manual Harvest. Total destemming. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in mills with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.
Ageing: 12 months in 400L barrels and 6 months in tonel
Aroma: Exuberant and complex aroma of well integrated black fruits with notes of menthol and tobacco.
Tasting Notes: Remarkable freshness, excellent tannin structure and balance. Complex finish showing great elegance and persistence.
Food pairing: Game dishes, red meat and stews
