Grapes: Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Cerceal, Bical and Verdelho.
Food pairing: Goes well with asparagus Flemish style, fresh goat's cheese, Caesar salad
Winemaking/Vinification: Manual harvest for small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the table of choice. Total unloading followed by gentle crushing. Pressing. Cold static decantation for 24 hours. Co-fermentation of the whole lot with natural yeasts in cement vats with temperature control between 15ºC and 20ºC.
Ageing: Stage on thin lees with periodical “batonnage” until mid-April.

Aroma: Fruity with notes of white flowers and crystallized pineapple ans oxidative notes
