Winemaking/Vinification: Handpicked into small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the sorting table. Complete stalk removal followed by gentle crushing. Spontaneous co fermentations in open thread tanks (lagares) with gentle pigeage and pumping over.
Ageing: Ageing in cement tanks.

Tasting Notes: Ripe fruit, texture that reflects the terroir and granite soils, tannins present but well integrated with good acidity and medium length.
Aroma: Red berries and pepper with hints of underbrush
