Winemaking/Vinification: Handpicked into small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the sorting table. Complete stalk removal followed by gentle crushing. Spontaneous co fermentations in open thread tanks (lagares) with gentle pigeage and pumping over.
Ageing: Ageing in cement tanks.

Tasting Notes: Red fruit - raspberry and redcurrant, texture and very supple tannins with good acidity and medium length.
