Grapes: Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon, Trincadeira and Aragonez
Winemaking/Vinification: Mechanical harvesting during the night. Total disengagement. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (21ºc -25ºC) in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats.
Ageing: 10% in 400L barrels for 3 months
Colour: Ruby with violet reflections.
Aroma: Intense aroma of red fruits and well integrated woodland fruits with notes of toast and floral.
