Winemaking/Vinification: Mechanical harvesting during the night. Total disengagement. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation with controlled temperature (21ºC -25ºC) in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vat with French oak staves.
Ageing: 20% of wine in used 400L barrels
Colour: Ruby with violet reflections.
Aroma: Fresh and balsamic fruit aromas
Tasting Notes: Aromatics, smooth tannins. Good acidity.
