Winemaking/Vinification: Low temperature pre-fermentation maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.
Ageing: Stage in stainless steel vats with micro oxygenation controlled.
Aroma: Fruit aroma red as cherry, blackberry and cassis, involved by soft balsamic notes.
Tasting Notes: Ruby colour with violet tones. In the mouth the tannins are soft but very present, revealing a grand finale.
Food pairing: Red meat and traditional Portuguese cuisine.
