Ageing: 10 to 15 years
Vinification: Manual harvest in 25 kg cases; 15 to 20 days alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Aroma: Floral notes, black fruit jams and integrated young wood.
Tasting notes: Complex, good acidity and very pronounced tannins. Great presence in the mouth, very long and powerful.
