Winemaking/Vinification: Pressing after total destemming with exclusive use of free run juice. Fermentation with temperature control at 10ºC - 12ºC.
Aroma: This aromatic and fruity wine has an exotic and tropical nose, of apricots and peaches, with wonderful lemony undertones.
Tasting Notes: Very light and fresh on the palate. A lively and well-balanced wine.
Food pairing: A perfect wine for an aperitif, salads or tuna carpaccio.
